Tada! This is my Secret Lunar Artist image, for someone who's actually a Watcher of mine,
 !  Finished in the nick of time!  This is her cute character, Sailor Silence, in chibi form! ^^ Sailor Silence is the twin sister of Hotaru in the past, and was Queen Serenity's assassin, hence the title.  She was going to be holding her weapon, chakrams, but I have no idea what those are and she said in her letter her artist didn't have to draw them so I didn't.  Anywho, AREN'T HER BOOTS AMAZING?! I fell in love with them the second I saw them!  I had no color reference for said boots however, so I hope they look okay!Anywho, I hope you enjoy this Paprika (can I call you that?), because I really think it turned out cute.
