Merry Christmas, SailorAngel!  I've wanted to draw her OC Sailor Angel for a long time, but I decided to save it for her Christmas present.  And I tried something new! She's a chibi!  The wings were a challenge, as was the halo. I just suck at halos, what can I do about it?
