Anywho, this is Emmy-chan's birthday present! Who else but Emmy the Faerie-Witch should I draw?
And she's my second chibi! <3 I'm a lot happier with this picture of Emmy then I am when I drew her as a Senshi. It just seems more her. ^^ I love the socks, and the hair! I actually tried drawing the streaks and it WORKED!
